- To maintain Candidate status, Candidates have to annually file for the Annual Candidates Renewal Process. This includes the submission of the following to the PBPD Secretariat:
- Annual Credentials Survey - Candidates
- Attestation form - Candidates
- Maintenance fee
- Application forms and fees payable to the Philippine Board of Pediatric Dentistry must be received by the PBPD Secretariat on or before November 30 of the calendar year. All fees are subject to change with notification on the PBPD website. Late fees will be applied to submissions received after November 30.
- Failure to submit documents and pay the fee before March 1 results in loss of Candidate status. Candidate status can be regained by completion of reactivation application and payment of delinquent fees. If a Candidate does not pay their annual dues by the Deadline of February 28 they are given an Inactive Status. There is a PHP 1,000.00 reactivation fee after March 1.
